Purete's key technologies and equipment for coating simulation and synchronous embossing were rated as "internationally leading", ushering in a new era of intelligent manufacturing


On March 18, 2025, the China Forest Products Industry Association organized experts to hold a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting in Guangdong to evaluate and appraise the new technology of "key technology and equipment for coating simulation synchronous embossing" independently developed by Purete and its new product "coating simulation synchronous embossing production line". After strict review by the expert committee, the new technology/new product was rated as "reaching the international leading level" for its disruptive technological innovation and significant economic and social benefits. This achievement marks a major breakthrough in my country's intelligent manufacturing of high-end decorative panels, and also sets a new technical benchmark for the global decorative panel industry.

The expert committee, composed of Zhang Zhongtao, senior engineer of the Forest Products Industry Planning and Design Institute of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration, Professor Zhao Dong of Beijing Forestry University, Long Ling, researcher of the Institute of Wood Industry of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, Zhang Ting, senior engineer of Sofia Furniture Co., Ltd., and Wu Yong, general manager of Guangdong Xigui Light Curing Materials Co., Ltd., unanimously agreed that Purete's "Key Technology and Equipment for Coating Simulation Synchronous Embossing" is highly innovative.

At present, the production line of Purete's "Key Technology Equipment for Simulated Simultaneous Embossing of Coating" has achieved mass production and has been successfully applied to many well-known domestic and foreign companies. The annual production capacity of a single production line exceeds 1 million square meters, and the production cost of a single piece is reduced by 6.2 yuan/square meter, bringing significant economic benefits to customers.
